Blue heeler needs home ASAP

I just recently moved to Michigan but could not take my baby with me so he is stuck in Texas with a friend who can't keep him there much longer because of the pet policy on his home. He's very loving and easily trained, loves to play, good with kids and other pets, when he gets happy he makes a little chirping sound almost like a bird. I just want him to go to a loving home with somebody who will take great care of him. He's currently 8 months old has not been fixed but has up to date shots.
