HELP! I make my sister very sick!!!!

Hi! His name is Herc, short for Hercules. He is a 7 month old Lab mix. He's neutered, micro chipped, up to date on all shots, including the puppy flu vaccine, takes heart worm, tick and fea prevention meds every month and has his rabies shot as well.
He will be coming with all his toys, raised food dishes, xl crate, xl tall walk through gate, leech, coller, harness, and dog bed. If you wanted to take over his monthly puppy plan at his vet, it's about $40.00 a month as well..
He is currently 45 pds and will get up around 90 pds when fully grown. He is VERY active and loves to run.. does great if you are on a bike and he can run next to you.. he needs a very active life.
My daughter is severely allergic to him and we were not aware of this until after we adopted him. We have have kept him for a few months, but, we cannot keep pumping her full of meds to be able to live at home. :(
He is somewhat house trainned and is crate trainned. He will need someone to work with him.
